You can check your points anytime by visiting your dashboard and entering your phone number in the Zeve VIP Club section. Prefer to shop in person? Our retail staff can assist you in checking your points at any of our stores.
Yes, your points will expire 12 months from the date of your purchase. Be sure to redeem them in time and make the most of your rewards.
You’ll receive an SMS notification as soon as you move up to a new tier.
Once you’ve redeemed your reward, a voucher code will be sent to you via SMS. Simply present the code to our staff in-store, or enter it at checkout when shopping online.
Unfortunately, rewards cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts.
